Gentlemen,
With reference to my telegram of the 16th January 1920,
I am directed to forward for your information a list of the
Civil Pensioners of this Colony, who receive their
pensions through you, with the amount payable to each
calculated in accordance with the scale of increases recently
authorised by the Secretary of State for the Colonies.
2. Several of these pensioners may however be receiving
pensions in addition from other sources and I am to point
out that in such cases the percentage on former pension will
require recalculations. For this purpose I enclose a copy
of the rules upon which the list has been calculated.
3. I am unable to state further which pensioners are
domiciled outside the United Kingdom though drawing their
pensions through you and I would inform you therefore that
these increases are only payable to pensioners domiciled
within the United Kingdom.
I am,
etc...

E. BULLOCK.
for Colonial Secretary.
